Dan Saunders
Residential Project ManagerDan is our go-to guy for approachable and friendly service. With a knack for finding creative solutions, he'll ensure your electrical needs are met with a smile.
As our residential project manager, Dan organises the day-to-day running of REL, conducting client meetings and walk-throughs, quoting jobs, and is no stranger to jumping on the tools to assist with electrical installations on both renovations and new builds when required. He excels in problem-solving and brings a wealth of experience to his role, with over 15 years of experience across commercial, maintenance and residential work.
Having always worked in customer-facing roles, Dan has gained extensive experience listening to what people want and making it happen. Hard-working, with high-quality results, and friendly are the three words that best describe his work ethic.
Phil Warner
General ManagerPhil is our electrical guru with two decades of experience
under his tool belt. Starting as an apprentice back in 2004, he’s climbed the
ranks from electrician, site manager, project manager, operations manager and
now General Manager.
Phil has had plenty of experience in many facets of the electrical
industry, including service, residential and large-scale commercial projects, showing off his knack for smooth operations and team success.
With his calm vibe and love for mentoring, Phil supports the REL team and ensures its continuous improvement.

As an Electrician, Pacey is responsible for renovations and new build electrical installations, working with builders to complete jobs on time, talking with clients, training apprentices, and fault finding.
With over five years of experience in the electrical industry, Pacey has worked in both commercial and residential settings, with a passion for residential projects of all sizes. Methodical, dedicated, and friendly are the three words that best describe Pacey!

Growing up with family members in the trades, James gained early exposure to the industry. He did a couple of stints of work experience with REL before coming on full-time, and his electrical apprenticeship is now underway.
